thanks for posting this, it is indeed powerful for a short video.
As dangerous, horrible and wasteful these recalls are, it is a huge wake-up call for the average shopper to stop thinking of their food as a "product" that magically appears on the grocery store shelf.
I think that we as individuals need to be responsible for the safety of the food we consume. Getting Congress involved never results in the desired outcome. There are already plenty of laws on the books regarding food safety. They just need to enforce the ones they have. They probably need to hire thousands of FDA inspectors to meet the need, but more laws...not so much. Isn't this the reason so many of us have our own backyard flock, rabbitry and vegetable garden. Take charge of your own safety.
